michael ritter

President & CEO

Michael Ritter, Autonomy & Positioning division President, has led Hexagon's positioning technology portfolio since 2009. Initially hired as President and CEO of NovAtel, Ritter now directs the strategic activities of Hexagon's positioning and autonomous technologies. Prior to joining Hexagon, he was employed by Trimble Navigation, where he spent nearly 15 years in a variety of roles ranging from application engineering to general management. Ritter holds a master's degree in surveying.

Jason Hamilton

Chief Revenue Officer

Jason Hamilton has been with NovAtel, part of Hexagon's Autonomy & Positioning division, for over 20 years. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geomatics Engineering and a Master of Business Administration degree. Prior to becoming Chief Revenue Officer in 2019, Hamilton served various positions within NovAtel and Hexagon's Autonomy & Positioning division, including development, research, project management, product management, marketing, corporate strategy and most recently sales and support.

Gordon Dale

Chief Operating Officer

Gordon Dale joined NovAtel, part of Hexagon’s Autonomy & Positioning division in 2008 as VP of Product Management and then became VP of Engineering in 2012. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering and a Master of Business Administration degree. He previously worked in the telecommunications industry, where he held multiple senior positions in engineering, product management and operations. He assumed his current role as Chief Operating Officer for Hexagon's Autonomy & Positioning division in 2016.

Miguel Amor

Chief Marketing Officer

Miguel Amor joined Hexagon’s Autonomy & Positioning division in 2015 as the Vice President of Marketing and Product Development, before transitioning to Chief Marketing Officer a year later. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geomatics and Surveying Engineering and a Master of Business Administration degree. Before joining Hexagon, he spent 12 years at Trimble Navigation in roles such as application engineering, sales, product and marketing management.

John Leeburg

Chief Financial Officer

John Leeburg joined Hexagon’s Autonomy & Positioning division in 2017 as the Vice President of Finance, before transitioning to Chief Financial Officer a year later. Prior to joining Hexagon, he spent more than two decades in a variety of leadership positions in the technology sector in finance, accounting, and mergers and acquisitions. Leeburg is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Master of Business Administration degree and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology.

Bobby Hambrick

Chief Autonomous Officer

Bobby Hambrick joined Hexagon’s Autonomy & Positioning division as the Chief Autonomous Officer in 2018 and is the CEO of AutonomouStuff, which he founded in 2010. Before founding AutonomouStuff, Hambrick earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration Management and led the technical sales team at Springfield Electric.

Steve Duncombe

Executive VP of Aerospace and Defense

Steve Duncombe has been with NovAtel, part of Hexagon's Autonomy & Positioning division, for over 22 years. Prior to joining NovAtel, he held various positions at Leica and Magnavox and has been active in satellite navigation since 1980. He has held many sales roles at NovAtel and assumed his current role as Executive Vice President of Aerospace and Defense for Hexagon's Autonomy & Positioning division in 2020.

Eric Wuestefeld

Executive VP of Agriculture

Eric Wuestefeld is Executive Vice President of Agriculture for Hexagon’s Autonomy & Positioning division. Mr. Wuestefeld joined NovAtel in 2018 as the Vice President of Global Agriculture Sales. He has vast domain expertise in all aspects of the precision agriculture industry, including marketing, sales, technical service and hands-on farm experience. Prior to joining NovAtel, he held various positions with a multi-billion dollar global technology provider. Mr. Wuestefeld holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture and a Master of Business Administration degree. He assumed his current role as Executive Vice President of Agriculture for Hexagon's Autonomy & Positioning division in 2020.
